I recently saw a movie called Alamo. I am thinking of the Republic of Texas, IT was that happened and what would be if it were a country and its history today when WWER another country.
The Republic of Texas became an independent country under peace treaties signed at the end of the war. The country has elected Sam Houston as president and created a Supreme Court and the legislature. Texas, as an independent nation was ruled for nearly nine years, while seeking admission to the United States as a state. There were two companies that Hick: Mexico is still considered part of Texas be under his control, and Texas is a slave state, this means that U.S. would have to admit a free state, while appeasing the parties for and against slavery. If Texas was still its own country through today, then the accounts of the history of the United States to the Republic could have supported slavery and most likely would not have granted civil rights as they were to blacks until recently. In addition, Texas is a key player in U.S. foreign policy from oil here would be of great benefit to the U.S. economy. Internally, Texas, would probably be much better to keep their southern borders and deter immigration nation would be illegal because the State of Texas border, making Texas the federal government in a better position to respond to the problems of immigration. Also can safely assume that rail and road network would be different because the railroad industry of the United States and the U.S. law to another built each of these modes, respectively.

I need help creating a lesson in Texas history (or simply, a lesson of history in general) for a sophomore?
I in my first semester of student teaching and observation and I'm supposed to teach my first lesson my second grade class a week next. My proposed topic was the history of Texas (6 Flags Over Texas). I also do lesson is fun. Any ideas on how and what to teach? My idea was to make a lesson about the heroes of Texas, but I really do not know how interesting or funny. I want to make a kind of game review after teaching of the lesson, but I do not know how to celebrate the true learning. Any ideas?
Maybe what we could do for the game review, perhaps separate the class into four groups, for example, and asked him, and have to write on a sheet of paper and bring IT to you, and perhaps the first team to hit win this round, as than 5 turns, and offers such items dollar store or candy as a reward for the winning team, but maybe do something for the rest of the class for their efforts in some children may become angry if they do not like something, but just make it fun and creative! Second graders need some fun … Hope this helps:)

Texas does not need a license to hunt wild shot on board?
— Sorry feral wild pigs
Although Most of the published responses are correct, there is an exception to the killing of feral pigs in Texas. If you are hunting on their property, IT does to families or friends, or rental property. If pigs are destroying the crops that can be fired without a hunting license. If you have to destroy their property pigs make some money off They pay people to hunt on their property. I recommend you contact the Texas Parks and Wildlife in the regulation of the pigs in your area. Remember "Ignorance no excuse in the eyes of the law. "Http: / / www.tpwd.state.texas.us.php

Ok, so I'm doing a project. The only thing is I forgot my book and no I can find anything online to help me. In Texas anround ISH 1825 the Spanish government was the government in place. Stephen F. Austin was a family business group. My question principal is, what are the laws of the colonization of the family? I know they have goodhabits and moral. be a Christian and so forth. Besides, how many were land at the time. I think my teacher said IT was like 12 cents per acre, not sure.
Anglo-Americans have been attracted to Hispanic Texas because of cheap land. undeveloped land in the offices of the land cost of U.S. $ 1.25 per acre for a minimum of 80 hectares (100 dollars) to pay in cash at the time of purchase. In Texas, each head of household, male or female, can claim a headright of 4,605 acres (a league-4, 428 hectares of land grazing and to-177 acres of irrigated agriculture work) at a cost of about four cents per acre ($ 184) payable in six years, a smaller number of state authorities. Foreigners should be Catholics, workers and willing to become Spanish citizens in exchange for generous land grants. Spain should the new settlers to expand economic development and help deter the aggressive and mobile Plains Indians like the Comanche and Kiowa.
