Hi guys, I’m getting into strobist techniques and would like to know whether i need wireless triggers (ie: cactus, pocket wizard) If I have a D90. I’m under the impression that I can use the pop up flash as a controller, if I use nikon strobes correct? Do I only need these triggers if I use 3rd party stuff? Thanks for your time =]

If you stick to Nikon flashes, you won’t need a trigger, till you move up to say an Alienbee or similar. If you stuck with the Nikon line (preferably the SB600 or 800), you’ll be fine. If you find yourself needing stronger lighting in the front, you’ll need an SB800; if you don’t want a front flash, you’ll need a trigger.

Music Under The Stars is an annual concert series that takes place every summer Sunday in El Paso, Texas. Bands from El Paso, Juarez, Las Cruces and all over Texas come to play and participate in Music Under The Stars during hot summer nights in El Paso. They represent different musical genres, including Jazz, Rock, Rock-N-Roll, Country, Native Indian and Latin music. However, Music Under The Stars is mostly for original acts and tribute bands, such as KISS or the Beatles tribute bands. Music Under The Stars has become an important, popular outdoor tradition for many El Pasoans. Families and friends get together to share a picnic meal, play in the park, talk and listen to high-quality live music. People are allowed to bring snacks, folding chairs and grills for cooking out. There is much fanfare on all stages. A team plays its final game in a house and moves to another. Big deal, it's just a building .. I'm Houston and I wish they just tore down the Astrodome.
