Early termination of probation?

My husband paid the penalty of their error. He docor his letter can not do community service by a very bad ankle injury (which is in its seventh surgery this week). He did his internship and probation, I do not want to hear from him again (this is what they call a minimum of risk and may not even see why IT should arise both in the first place.) We know we should file a motion for early termination and all that. But, it just has the file instead of paying a lawyer $ 1,000 to do so. We can not find the formula well.
