Help in the battle for custody?

My daughter is in a battle for custody of the State of Texas, who has lived in Georgia. At first, she had a very good lawyer (Texas), but IT paid big money for representation, is assumed. I'll clearify something here. His was probably filed in Texas because parents try to get legal custody is resident there and has absolutely nothing to do with the place where the child lives. custody battles are not easy for all participants and will focus on all. Dad probably acted intentionally, but deferred hearing or otherwise, then it would deplete all their money to the fight. Now she can seek legal assistance to help if you can qualify, but wouldnt mind it. Due to lack of funds, Dad probably automatically wins custody of the mother to be ready to go for what you want on visits until you can save money enough to challenge in the courts of Georgia, changed back to a hearing. Without knowing the child's age is, but you can still take the Texas courts to allow the child to express his opinion on who should live if the child is too old. Otherwise, unfortunately, there may be little you can do now to win. Dad did not play fair here, but most of the time. In terms of cost reduction, may be able to find a paralegal in Georgia, which can help to represent. The biggest problem I see here is that two states are involved, Dad would stop again and force it to exhaust the remaining funds to travel alone. Georgia courts hear your case, as it certainly has no jurisdiction, as occurred in Texas. Hope this helps and I'd have a better answer for you, but sometimes the legal system just sucks.
